Kamikaze PHPS Ceramic Primer PRO 100ml

This product is an inorganic quartz coating agent based on polysilazane (PHPS). It promotes strong surface bonding and forms a hydrophilic primer layer. The treated surface will have improved grip for the next layer of protectant. It’s also excellent for preparing edges on PPF. PHPS can be applied using a spray gun—without the need for wiping—or by hand as well.

Key Features

• Enhances existing water repellency by approximately 3–5%.
• Reinforces weakened paint surfaces and strengthens paintwork after polishing.
• Forms a primer-like coating equivalent to a degreased surface on vehicles where degreasing is not possible.
• Highly effective as a base layer prior to applying STANCE RIM COAT for example, where heat can be an issue with product adhesion on brake calipers.

Directions:

Designed for forming an inorganic coating on painted surfaces, metal surfaces, wheels, or as a preparatory primer layer.

1. Thoroughly clean and prepare the target surface.

2. Apply an appropriate amount of product to the included applicator (use a generous amount for first-time application).

3. Spread in straight lines, creating as thick and even a film as possible.

4. Once the surface becomes scaly or the solvent has fully evaporated (approximately 2–3 minutes), wipe off with a microfiber towel.

5. Allow 2 hours for initial drying.

6. Full cure is achieved after 72 hours.
